 Located inside the spacious Music, Art & Speech Communication Center, the television studio comprises two state-of-the-art video production facilities coordinated by a high-tech computer assisted room. The MAC building houses two AVID edit suites that ingest on DVCAM and can export directly to one of the two 360 Systems Video Servers in the Control room for play out to air.
Communication students learn the intricate skills necessary for today's fast-paced media world in the fully operational News Studio. It includes a news set, interview areas and weather capabilities. There is also a Kitchen Set and in the Second Studio there is a House Interior. The MAC facilities also include up-to-date Mackie� audio, DEKO Graphics, 6 Channels Video Playback on 360 Systems Video Servers, and a Kayak-DD2 Switcher that aids in advanced video applications. |
